Don't leave that long edge to the soil next time, it's important to have air blowing along the soil surface to combat wilt/damp off disease when sprouting seeds.My 2 plant is leaning on cup. Is that okay??
And 1 is dead i guess? Or still have hope for the skinny one?

And for the 3 gal pot.Where good to rock n roll guys, this is the royal cheese and cookies grow.
How much water do i have to feed them? 1/2gal? 1gal? 1and1/2gal?

edit: get those pots up and off the bottom of the drain trays. get some screens and place the fabric pots on the screens over the drain trays. you need air circulation underneath fabric pots to avoid root rot.
Do you have any nutrients for the cannabis plants? I prefer the General Hydroponics line for its stability and easy system to learn. The cannabis plants prefer pH adjusted room temperature water as a base to add nutrients in an order.

Fox farm: grow big, big bloom, tiger bloom, open says me, beastie blooms and Cha Ching. 
In what order are the nutrients added and how many millilitres per litre?

The Fox farm Trio is a 3 part system where all 3 micro grow bloom are added and the amount is changed through the grow as the plants require.
I would add the nutrients in this order
pH adjust the water to pH 5.8
Calcium 1.5 Millilitres per litre
Grow Big 1.5 Millilitres per litre
Big Bloom 1.5 millilitres per litre
adjust nutrient solution to pH 5.8
water the cannabis plants with your nutrient solution until 10% runoff and remove any standing water from the trays.

Measuring spoons, 1 teaspoon is 5 millilitres, 1 tablespoon is 15 millilitres
