just trust your instinct, it also depends on what kind of high you want, i'm planning on harvesting a bit early my crop to achieve an energetic high (most cloudy and very few amber trichs) for example.
if that is your case too i would suggest timing your final flush inside the 45-55 time frame, but as always is better to check trichomes with a lens to be sure as the ripening time may vary of what breeder says, as it depends on a lot of factors like: kind of lights & wattage, light spectrums, relative humidity, nutrients, etc, etc.
all this hard and excellent work you're doing is coming to an end and it needs to have a flawless finish

It's so good to receive encouragement from the respected crew here. 
I did the LST and FIM at day 35. The training came out well but next time I'm gonna train a bit earlier and top more.
