I'll agree with KingJohn on the circulation. Plants need fresh air just as much at night and slowing flow would seem to decrease humidity. Sure the light burn off a bit but...hmmm. Basement?

Yea I gave them a little nute push not too long ago to see what they could stand. All turned out well so I'm happy. In not sure if I have my meter in the wrong spot because when I place the meter above the lights the readying is 70%+ when I place the meter on the floor by my buckets it reads in the 50% range. Should I hang the meter so it is suspended over the buds but under the lights? All the plants make it difficult to place the meter in a spot that it is visible.

I recently turned my exhaust to run 24/7 and that's when I noticed the elevated humidity. So I just set it to only run during the the light period. So currently I have my 16" fan blowing and that's all during the dark period. Should I possibly turn off the fan? If not then i'll be shopping for a dehumidifier. Thanks for the help

I would not stop or reduce your airflow, humidity will only build unless it is removed. A de humidifier may be your best solution. Even with a de humidifier your plants still require you to exchange the air in your grow area at least 5x per hour.

Sounds good... I will continue to run my exhaust. What is an ideal spot for my humidity/temp meter? I know to get an accurate ready I need to be at bud level but I don't see that happening unless u suspend it off one of upper poles.

placing your thermometer/hygrometer at canopy level would give you the best results.

I actually run 2 meters to see if they stay constant. One canopy height other below canopy. Those are the 2 zones Im looking to target. After I read this I checked my min max and mine gets to 73 quite ofter, especially this time of year in the south.

In other great news my well pump went out mid load of washing clothes!

Ouch!! Hope all turned out we'll with the well pump.. Hope it didn't affect your ladies.. Yeah I order another humid/temp meter... And yea gotta keep an eye out for mold especially at this stage of our grows.

Good afternoon all...

Welcome to day 76 from seed/36 of 12/12 (week 6). Today the ladies got a fresh res flush and fed with the following Nutes. GH FloraGrow5ml, GH FloraMicro 5ml, GH FloraBloom 7.5ml, AN Big Bud 3ml, AN Bud Candy 3ml, and 5ml of calmag.

Ppm of the SK = 1002 and pH =6.6.
Ppm of the SQ = 989 and pH = 6.4

It seems as if the SK is out growing her roommate but the SQ seems so much more frosty and her pistils are already pulling back and turning amber as to where the SK pistils are still white and standing straight up.

They are both giving off a wonderful smell of sweetness. Had to tie up a couple colas on the SK as the we're starting to fall over.

I didn't have time to read every page of your journal Tamir, but if heat is still an issue you might check these guy's seeds out because they breed them for high temperature resistance. I wish I'd known about them a month ago when I was buying seeds.

Thanks for stopping by BunkerMonkey... I've gotten the heat issues under control by changing the location of my grow tent and ran exhaust str8 out the window instead of back into the room where my tent was housed. Thanks for stopping by tho.

Good evening you guys.... Topped the ladies off with 1/2 gal pH 6.1 water between feelings. Everything looks good will have updated pics on them on Sunday.

Purchased a couple Grand wardrobe boxes from that famous shipping store and I'm in the midst of revamping my veg box and clone station and preparing an area for drying my plants. I will have those pics when all is complete.

I did throw my 2 vegging plants (SQ from seed and OG Kush clone) and a handful of clones (3 more OG Kush since I have no more seeds, 3 Kali Dog, 2 SK branches that I accidentally snipped of the main plant while removing fan leaves) into one of the wardrobe boxes.

Hahahhaha I fully understand. I'm on week 7 and haven't pulled a branch yet. I actually may do that tonight to practice the dry/cure process. If i fuck up i would rather it be once branch then the whole harvest.. Pics coming next

As I was telling Danknessdude in the previous post, i will probably pull a branch today to practice the dry/cure process and to benefit from the fruits of my labor. Enjoy the bud porn.
