If you can, fill an empty cup with just soil (the same soil you used) and compare the weight of that dry cup to the ones with your ladies. If the weight is almost the same, then water. If the seedling are heavier though, they can wait on water.

Looking good man. If you find that they are leaning one way or the other, you can spin the cup 180° so they lean back towards the light the other way and straighten up a bit. I turn all my plants 1/4 turn every day or so. Just so light gets to each side a little more evenly.

That's ok man. I've had to use sticks to stabilize stretchy seedlings before. When you go to transplant, just bury the stem a little deeper and you'll be good to go.

No nutes yet. Usually you wanna wait until 3 weeks in. They have plenty of nutes from the cotyledons and the soil for right now. What is the pH of your tap water? Are you letting it sit overnight?

I'd let it stay at 6.5. That's still within a good range and there is no need to add harsh chemical pH solutions if ya don't have to.

Gotcha. My mistake. I thought you were saying your tap water was a pH of 6.5 and then you were using pH down on it.

Those will fall off, It's normal. Also you can run your lights 24hrs in veg. So no you didn't hurt your plants by running for 19hrs. These plants are very forgiving.
