2 Girls One Pot, Sour Patch Kids, Living Soil

These buds are beautiful. Similair in size. Small but super duper dense! I love seeing the different expressions. Can't wait to see how they smoke.

Just about to finish these girls tonight. Gonna have to give em a bath. My dumbass decided to clean the fan screen while it was running. 🤪 a little dust should wash right off. These buds are looking tasty. Once this journal is done, I'll probably start a perpetual style journal, so y'all can see how I stay smoking.

Sugar coated!!

Well hell, This might be a better place to keep my other journal that I started going, since it is labeled wrong. Lol. So to catch up, I've successfully bred the sour patch kids to itself, via a male selected and outdoor pollination. Got a shit ton of seeds, and also, missed a random male that hit a couple plants, so now I have a ton of seeds. Lol. Any way, this is my veg tent. 2x3 we got some skunk n sour, the trifoliate, that I'm probably gonna breed with, and some other UGL tangie wine. And a SPK F2 that I crossed from last year. And another of my seeds. They just got an IPM spray this morning with mountain organics tonic spray. Pretty decent stuff, but I prefer method 1. There are 3 sets of branches on each node of the trifoliate, and a lot of nodes already. Decided to get rid of some foliage, even though it was really pretty. Lol. Mad branches. Hopefully it will pass through when I breed. Kinda hoping this is a male. Probably get some cuttings soon. I'm gonna experiment with one of those little LED garden things, with the built in tank. Lol. Have a tomato in there now. Anyway, some bud shots of the UGL Northern Angel I cut about 10 days ago. Dried a bit faster than I would have liked, but I put the branches in these containers for a couple weeks to start the curing process. When the buds snap off the stem, is when they're ready. Keeping the buds nice and sticky. I like gummy weed. Lol. Pretty nice smoke so far. Other than putting 3 UGL tangie wine in flower last week, just waiting to chop the first generation SPK, so that will be the last of the original stock I had. From here in out, Ill cross my pick from my seeds, and hopefully find a good female to cross outdoors again this summer, possibly to the UGL tangie wine, or vice versa. I guess we'll see what happens. Also waiting for my Kush f2 to get done. One is whack, and tossed one male flower, and pollinated itself, one smells like lemon lime and fuel, and one smells like pine sol. Or lemon cleaner. Lemon scented pine sol. Lol no pics of them as the lights were out.

Not much happening yet. Lol had to cull a male of the Tangiewine, so I got an open slot in the flower room. Gonna wait to put the trifoliate in til I get a good cutting. I'm gonna use this here countertop led garden to see if I can get some good roots. Trying out on a tomato cutting first. Lol

Now for the right photos for the right journal......some bud shots of the SPK, about done. I went super light on the top dressing, but I think I'm gonna re amend some soil. Getting a bit yellow in there. Lol even on the OGf2's, lots of yellowing. Buds are turning out nice though. First buds are spk, second are the OGF2. The tall one is the smaller. Over 3 ft tall, flip from sprout. Lol My phone seems to make it way more yellow than it really is. Lol

Wow!!! U gotta a lot of shit going on over there bud!!! Those nugs look frosty af. "I like my weed gummy", lol me too bro. Cant stand no dry shit. Dam i keep forgetting you have this going, i turned on notifications now so im lurking!!! Shit is definitely green and frosty over there!!!
I got another journal going too. I have a trifoliate tangiewine I might breed with this summer. Yeah, no matter the circumstances, I'm growing. Lol. That spk is super frosty. Makes a player cough like a bastard though. Not a bad thing, but damn....sometimes lungs get sore. Lol. I'd like to see how she washes. I have some bags, but just not the time. Thanks for viewing. It's funny, some journals with zero grow content, just a few pics of the same old strains, and everybody is commenting. Had to stop watching a NEW grow, with literally 2 pics and a question, because I was getting like 30 notifications a day for just that thread. How many dudes are gonna recommend the same thing before we talk about something else? Lol

You gotta cough to get off!!! But i hate that shit when it gets excessive, i have to force myself to take smaller hits. But that's hard when the shit tastes good.
I only check peoples threads that check mines. I mean if i need to see a certain strain and how it grows ill look at some others, but only reply to folks who reply on my shit.
Is that so wrong!!!? Lol

I’ve never seen trichomes frost a plant the way these are, it’s wild. I believe it’s your SPK? You’ve got trichomes covering entire leaves in some spots. Tasty looking plants!

Yeah, the sour patch kids is a frost monster. Never had a plant that frosty. Hopefully the offspring remains the same.

First we have two Tangiewine, looking fairly similair. The one on the left is bushier, and slightly thinner leaves. Only training has been leaf removal.

My OG f2, the tall one, and the medium one in the backround. Still not done yet.

this is a Carmel apple crumble Box I believe. I really need to keep track of my seeds better. Lol. Gonna see how well she does in my sock fabric pot. Mostly just have it in here to see if I can sex it quci. Trying a quick way to sift through makes and females. And if they're keepers, just drop the mini fabric into a bigger pot. No transplant shock. In theory anyway.

The other 2 UGL Tangiewine. Shortest one still unconfirmed. Pretty runty. Leaves are huge on these girls. The larger female, definitely has fatter leaves than the other two. Same basic structure though. I did top her.

Skunk N sour, still no sex confirmation. This plant has grown goofy from the get go. Looks good though.

chopped the smallest of the OG f2. This was the plant that spit the male flower on a lower bud. Didn't notice it til it was too late. So I have some seeds but oh well. I'll be tossing them, as this plant kinda sucked. Plus I don't want seeds acquired like that. If the smoke is something crazy, I might, but she was much weaker in all ways from her sisters. Highly doubting it though.
IMG_20240120_053936137.jpg
my last plant, SPK I chopped. She dried a bit fast, cause it's -15 here, but I got her tossed in a roasting bad to slow the dry. I leave em on the stems. Seems to help em dry a bit slower. Same deal, I'll wait till they break from the stems before I jat. It can take up to 3-4 weeks of sealing the bag, letting it open for a few hours, then sealing, until I get the consistency I like. My ghetto way of drying and curing. It works though.
