never heard of it applied that way.

They have veges for 8 days from 30 and I'm thinking veg 24 on for the last 8 days then flip? Running 250w hps duel spec and 600w led together

I've got 5x purple haze growing there short and Bushy already
agree. don't think there's a lot there to gain either.
maybe give it a shot if you're flipping 8 days off no matter. there's a small chance of it causing issues like hermies. probably less than a light leak, would depend on how strong the genes are.

After all that I decided 24 on might be a bit much so instead 16/8 hopefully this will tell the plants it's flowering time soon? Over the course of the 8 days

More growth just before flower as there's still a bit of room to play with what would you recommend

what enron said. Some say this peruod is critical to avoiding hermies, and changes can ha e influence over this happening. If it isnt broke, dont fix it is a great saying to stick with. My $0.02
If you're growing from seeds, they still have to mature before they can start budding. Are they showing their sex already?

recommend flipping if you wanna go by your imposed veg length. they will gain a third to double in size at flip. otherwise revise the veg length, or live with a smaller yield.

Yeah she stretches, she's a sativa dominant plant, but she still has to mature before she buds
You have to look at where the branches or leaves touch the stalk, there will be little hairs/pistils that show her maturity
I have a sativa dom Gorilla Zkittles and she stretches also, she will double in size...at least
