Don’t do any trimming/topping until she gets another couple sets of leaves.
get them all separated into their own starting cups before the roots tangle. you've got ages before considering topping or trimming. let's hope they get there first.

fluxing ? no ideas. i use flux in welding. lol.
if you're going to train them over you can start soon, but they should be in their own buckets, and established a bit better first.
fem autos you mean ? and one photo reg or fem ? it's gonna make a huge difference in what you need to do.
you're not so clear on explaining anything.
edit : i have the same mexican horse blanket. not sure that helps lol

The blanket is temporary to keep the temp in, I have a proper tent and lights on the way!
