I think Mocha might have meant was Wylie1 in the military? FNG is used a good deal there. Maybe wrong.

I'm sure you're right .
We also used it at my work- a lot of turnover,a lot of FNG's coming and going.
Mostly going...

Yep...I know what it means...haven't heard it in awhile
