Just use half of what the bottles call for and that's for a gallon of mix.

Then just watch the plant, if it starts turning a lighter color increase nutes a little. If it gets brown leaf tips just back off a little.

Right ok ill take it out well the plant is a nice dark green colour it says it takes between 7-9 weeks to harvest when would i start to flush them.in that time frame. Thanks again for the help i keep a note pad of everything i do...
Determine harvest time you almost need a jewelers loupe 30x-60x works well. Then you track the Trichomes.

I've just read the article you've gave me it's very interesting but at the same time I'm not using organic soil so would that make any difference so I take it you don't flush then
More and more growers are realizing that flushing doesn't "clean" the buds before harvest but it does starve the plant of needed nutrients right when you want it to bulk up most!

You don't flush as well then...but won't it be harsh when you smoke.
The drying and curing is the most important part of the grow in terms of the smoothness of the smoke. You can grow the most outstanding organic buds but if your cure is crap you'll never get the benefit!
