Just from the pics is a tough question w/out know details.

Using coco/fox farm nutes/ de chlorinated water and it’s in a tent indoors. Here is a better image thanks

I am just guessing, but have two thoughts...

1) Insect damage. Have you checked out the underside of leaves? You might need to use a magnifying glass or loupe to look really close, as some bugs are tiny-tiny.

2) Calcium deficiency. Are you growing under LEDs? That can create a high demand for CA.

Personally, I think it is bugs, but some other more experienced growers with better diagnostic skills will chime in.

I agree... I see signs of both calcium deficiency up in the top fan leaves but also possibly spider mites in those white specks all over the place.
