Beginning To Understand Her

Speaking of nature, here is a pic of BC guarding my ladies, she's fast. I tried to sneak up on her. I have sneaked up on Ninja Master x Mommie Ears(a good friend), but not her's. She heard me coming down the stairs ,and did not move until I was just getting the camera ready. I go her but she got me too, so its even, she likes to think she can tackle me.

Hey Smoke2Js

What plants do you use to flavor your girls? I am planning on planting some chocolate mint and maybe lemon grass. Thoughts?

I am trying some lemon mint next to the ones that have a lemon flavor already, Spearmint for some, Datura for others, Strawberries for the ones that have strawberry flavor already, lavender next to some, and some roses next to others. I have a good mix to provide slight variations in flavor undertones, so as to give each strain a very noticeable, surprising , and delightful after taste.:peace:

2j's, i think u're cat has gone feral. of course, i never did believe they were completely domesticated.

Oh she is quite feral, has been from the beginning. She is friendly and loves petting time, however she will dart away if she thinks things are not cool. She seeks me out and loves to be around me and others. She often makes a visit indoors just to say hello to everyone in the house, and to say (translated from a very diminutive "meow meow meow") "come outside its a great day!!",then back outside where she hunts, naps, plays. String is her favorite toy, just string. Which saves me hella money on cat toys.

ON a dif note, her son The Spizzler caught a Hummingbird yesterday, he ran out of mice and rats to kill. He has been eying hummingbirds from the get go, so i knew it would be a matter of time before he succeeded . I am hoping it was an older weaker one and not a young strong one. But cats don't hunt weak, they hunt NOW, as in "Hey whats that? Looks tasty,I want it ,I want it,I want it, yum.":peace:

I have to spread some love around before I can rep you for your reply. Thank you! I have blueberries and lavender already and I just went out and got a cool assortment of mints...I will have to get pics. I had not thought of strawberries but I have a bunch, Strawberries attract thrips so I keep them outside the garden.

Thanks for the information

I was taking a look at my pictures of last years grow. I am ahead by 1 month . Last year at this time most of my clones were flowering and making me seeds. The plants I started from seed were mostly un-sexed, and still in red Han Solo cups, which caused them great stress during the heat waves. My over all yield was smaller than it should have been given the amount of plants and space used. Spider mites took over one plant, I let them do it to see how well the plant did. It was a Blue Dream clone and it made 4 oz of very stoney buds, but full of dead mites, yuck, maybe. I was able to keep them contained to that one plant. I was fighting everything last year, heat, bugs, mold. This year I seem to have found a balance between what I want, and what nature will give freely, a deeper understanding of plants, how they work together, their place in our gardens, and our lives. I am less worried about the pests and molds that will eventually show. I will be there waiting with SNS in one hand, and 13 Thumbs Worm Crushing Style in the other. :peace:

Oh and thanks for reading all the crap I write here.:nomo:

The Candy-stripe Spider (Enoplognatha ovata) , hmm ,Hello wiki.
( wiki info on this after picture id'd)
Enoplognatha ovata is a species of spider belonging to the family Theridiidae. It is native to Europe and has also been introduced to North America.

This spider, reaching a length of 6 mm (excluding legs), has translucent legs and the globular abdomen is extremely variable in colour and pattern: the background colour is white, cream or green and can be marked with a row of dark spots, a broad red stripe or with two red stripes in a v-shape. Despite its small size, this is a formidable predator which can prey on insects many times its size. The female deposits its eggs in a grey sac. This is secreted within a rolled-up leaf fastened with silk and the female guards it until the eggs hatch.

Sooooo, after winning three contests this year, my paramour/Shamanka, has warned me not to enter any more contests. Apparently I have been asking a lot of the universe lately (and getting what I ask for). I will meditate on that for a while , hmm. Smoking a bowlio of Blueberry OG, damn tasty.
Had a LCT 1000 treatment today with my specialist, also saw my primary after, to go over blood work. My Triglycerides are bad ,400+, could be the big burger and fries I had a day before my blood draw. Dooh!!
During my primary visit, i demonstrated my ability to touch my toes while standing and pull my chest to my knees, then while standing, touched the tip of my foot to my forehead. This involves reaching down to one of my feet, picking said foot off of the ground with both hands and pulling it to my forehead .He was impressed.
I have also decided to quit smoking tobacco, and was given some patches to help with that.
On Sunday I went to the East Bay ASA fundraiser, had a blast. The MB2 i won for NOTM May 2013, was raffled off and funds raised went to the East Bay ASA.:cheer::thanks:
