Like Twelve12 said, get that male out immediatly...but carefully, try not to shake or knock it around a lot, you don't want ANY pollen to release!!

About your leaf curling issue, usually that is a sign of heat stress/extremely low humidity. The plant's are "raising up there armpits" to expose there stomata and breath...Check your humidity and temps... raise the lights slightly, or add additional exhaust fans if needed

The plant's look nice so far and your doing a great job on your grow!!! I'm subbed for this one for sure I love that your doing organics too!!

My guess is a magnesium deficiency. Two teaspoons of epsom salts to a gallon of water, hit the soil and foliar spray a couple of times. Combining calcium and magnesium is not a good idea I think because the need levels are not the same. Calcium in high levels can lock out phosperous uptake. However I have never seen high levels of magnesium hurt anything.
