Day 30 buds are small

What strain is it, maybe a stretchy Sativa?

I have a question or several actually. Is this an auto-flower or a photo-period grow?
What is "Day 30"? Is it 30 days since the seed sprouted? Or 30 days since the light schedule was changed? Or 30 days since the first stigma/pistils started showing. Knowing these answers will help give suggestions.
By the looks of things the plant has grown into the lights and it does not look like the lights can be raised any higher. If the plants can be lowered it will help for awhile. Most likely the best thing to do is going to be bending over the growing tips after a bit of removing of excess buds in the bottom 1/3rd of the canopy.

long ways to go. agree it should be supercropped.

Garden is amazing.You might want to Lst them to get out of the light.
Best thing for big buds is great environment lots of light and full strength nutrients every day.
Your going to need a bit of a trim and lots of air circulation in there.
Are your lights at 100%?
Are you feeding full strength nutrients daily at 5.8 ph?
It’ll help in the final harvest, size and quality.

Agree with all,, height maintenance is very very important.
LST or Super Cropping at the least. I would also recommend some defoliation, heavy or lite your choice.
