De-chlorinate

Lots of new growers here with pix that look lie nute burn. Chould many of the problems be from chlorinated city water? Newbees, let your water sit in a bucket for a day, and de-chlorinate.

A lot of cities are using chloramine now, leaving it sit doesn't remove it....but it allegedly
isn't bad for plants.allegedly.

I always use unfiltered tap water and my plants look terrible....
Im just going to give up......
