Gelato #33×Sour patch kiss by elev8. This girl is sitting under a Mars hydro 600 and rotated with other girls under a mars hydro ts 1000 in a 5×5 veg/auto flower tent. She sits in a 5gallon pot of foxfarms ocean forest and is feed GH cal mag and foxfarms Grow Big. This is day 19. She will be put in my photo flower tent hopefully by day 45.

Day 21 I wasn't going to update my diary for a few days but she is really taking off. I've been running the humidity in the 70's. I ran out of water in humidifer while at work so my RH dropped down in the low 50's for a couple of hours at most. I'm assuming she likes the high humidity.

I'm struggling with my temps in this basement here in Michigan. I might have to be a space heater for this tent. I dont know how safe it is though. I hear so many horror stories of space heaters burning down houses.

the heaters have a safety guard that when it achieves a certain temperature it turns off.
You can also connect it to a inkbird temperature controller which has a sensor on it and it once the settings are set it will turn that plug off. You can also connect a cooling system to it so it will automatically corrects the temperature environments. also, get a fan in there so it belows air around

Will do asap

Day 29 for this Gelato Kiss and last week was a learning experience for me. I was warned by you guys of the importance of air circulation with temps and humidity all go hand and hand. I was lacking with no oscillating fan and struggling with low night time temps with high humidity in the 70's. This resulted in very moist potting soil with some pots creating green mold on the surface. I corrected this issue by digging the first 2-4 inches of soil out of affected pots, shutting off humidifer, switching light cycle from 18hr on to 24hr on for 36-48hrs. I added the oscillating fan and Xfinity booster fan serving as an intake fan. The potted soil was completely dry and I was able to feed cal-mag with fox farms grow big. My PH in feeding is 6.12 and Ppm is 620. I topped her yesterday and already see new growth today. I'm keeping the humidity at roughly 55-60% with light cycle at 20/4 to help with low night time temps until I can add a space heater. She is about 9in tall and as wide as her pot.

Day 50 these pics are from day 46 with eight days into flower. Humidity@48, temps w/light running at 76, off 65. Ph'd feeding of 6.0-6.3 of fox farms grow big, big bloom and cal-mag. Ppm @890 1×week for the first 2weeks of flower. I did some very light training and defoliation. This really helps to expose those bud sites to light. She was roughly 12in@ the top of canopy on the last day of veg, now she is about 16in@day 8 of flower. Also I topped her @day 31. She is a very easy plant to grow thus far(knockinonwood).

Day 63 and she is really doing well on her own. I did some light training previously and topped her once. I'm feeding her gh bloom @6.2ph oxygenated tap water. My ppm is only hitting @700-750 and I really would like to increase it to around 1000ppm. What nutrients could I use with the gh bloom to help me reach this gain?or should I increase the doses of gh bloom? My humidity is fluctuating from 38-45rh.

Day 73 on this beautiful Christmas, this girl is doing great in the flower tent. She is feed nutrients once a week but drinks a 1/2 gallon of PhD water every other day. I'm only feeding her gh cal mag and gh florabloom. Ppm is 800 with this mix and I'm looking to add flora nectar to increase ppm.

Day 108 and this grow is over kill lol. This was a very easy plant to grow and would be perfect for a beginner. She got very stubborn and wasn't producing the fat buds I was looking for. I knew she had the potential so I pushed her shortly after my last post by adding a nutrient called beastie blooms. My ppms stayed around 800 almost the entire time in flower, which is pretty low. 800 is great for early flower like the first 2weeks but I needed to boost that number for these later weeks. The beastie bloom and heavy feeding of flora bloom raised my ppm close to 1200 but I was only able to feed my girl this formula once a week for 2 weeks due to cloudy trichome development. I could have went longer but I feared going to far into amber trichomes and I really don't want to feel couch locked when I medicate. The two weeks rely made a difference in bud production, they really got swollen for such a short period. I flushed for the last two weeks and iced with 48hrs of darkness for the last 2days. I firmly believe that the ice and darkness helps to enhance trichome production by tricking the plant into believing winter is coming and your about to die. The plants reaction is to produce more trichomes as a defensive mechanism of some sort. Today is harvest day I will post the final product and yield in 5-7 days.

Gelato Kiss is in the curing process. This plant was a pleasure to grow. She can withstand heavy feedings and show you some excellent results if you push her. My final yield on this girl is 68g of dried bud. She is sticky and potent. Thank you 420 for letting me share my growing experience with the community. FYI, 1/2 of my yields go out as gifts to friends and family who suffer from conditions that marijuana helps to elevate.

Looking gooooddd
Thank you, this is a great strain to grow. It presses really good as well. Indica dominate strain I do believe. Elev8 hit it on the money with Gelato Kiss. I really did the bare minimum during this grow. There seeds avg. about $89 US for 6 but its worth it.
