Just received my first order ( green crack, white widow and blueberry) .
1. Shipping I give a 10 ..very speedy, took a total of 7 days from confirmation email which was on a weekend.
2. Customer service ..10 I had a couple question that required personal attention after the order. Lisa ( the screen name ) was very helpful , prompt and eager to help.
3. Packaging... Loved it.
4. Bonus beans of the strains I ordered ( I will definitely factor that into my 80% germ guarantee )
So as of this very minute I give CKS 10/10
Thank you CKS For doing what you do as well as giving back to the community which I'm sure most people that talk about your prices being higher than others , do not take that into consideration before bashing CKS for it.
