First Plant

Hello everyone, This is my 1st plant. I came across a seed (Legend OG) so decided if it grew a tail then I'd plant well it broke ground on Aug 20th

I don't have much of anything I've seen & read about for a indoor plant except patience, a closet and a 2605 lumens LED. I started some LST which brings me to the first question of probably many. So far, does the plant look healthy & am I headed in the right direction? TY in advance

Looks pretty healthy, I think ur headed the right way, by any chance u kno how many watts on ur light?

Looks ok so far but you're going to need a lot more light.
Something around 250 real watts

I also have no idea yet if this is a female so this may just be practice but very enjoyable

Hey Hinge72,

Welcome to 420 Magazine! Looks great so far, nice job on strapping her down. I optimistically assume female until plant shows the naughty bits, of course I cheat by using feminized seeds... Yeah as Nunyabiz said crank up the wattage if you can.

Thanks everyone, fast replies! Hoping when I get a stronger bulb, it'll take off. I had a ton of stretch, buried half of that when I transplanted. It's in my closet so height is limited, open the bifolds to let the fan get it air. I wasn't planning to top or fim this at all since I read similar strains (Indica's) grow slower & that will take more time to recover with more stress to the plant so I don't know if that should be done when the time comes.
This was all bc I found a seed from my dispensary purchase, now I want a dozen plants.

Unless you're cash strapped I wouldn't get a "bulb".
If it's affordable try to get at least a 250w Quantum Board.

Yeah a lot more coverage area from a [edit GOOD] quantum board....and that will drive a nice harvest

For low cost I think a mars hydro ts600 Would do ya good for one plant

Remove that translucent white cover. Probably immediately gain 15% to 25% more light.

Depends on the size of that one plant, lol. Be okay for flowering a photoperiodic (non-auto) cannabis plant in a 14"x14" box with bright white walls. Or slightly larger, if bud density is not a consideration, I suppose.

. Looking healthy so far. Sounds like you're hooked already so as others suggested it's probably worth investing in a light designed for growing. No need to spend a fortune but you'll be happy with the results come harvest time.
