Good morning my friend, garden is beautiful.
I like to fill my pot's with roots before I flip.
You have to take into account they will double in size and you need room for the light.
How tall is your tent?

8'. I think I have plenty of vertical room. I'm a little nervous about horizontal space. I've done some serious training which has really bushed them out.

My apologies I got busy yesterday.
If you have 8' your golden.
You trained a nice flat canopy and have a little room left at the sides.
If your concerned about lateral spacing I think you will be ok.
Most of the growth will be vertical and you have tons of height.
If you had to bend them over to reduce height I might be concerned.
If you have your pots full of roots I think you can flip any time you want.
Lot's of healthy branches there to support buds.
