Welcome Davie to 420 magazine.
For veg it’s more blue and white with about 30% red ! My light is adjustable so I do red 10% and white and blue 30% as seedlings then 20% red and white and blue 45% after two weeks ! It’s a Kind led 750 watt

Hi Davie!

:welcome: to the forum...

You haven't said what you used for LEDs in your DIY light, so I can't comment on your spectrum. Details would be appreciated.

I use white light through out the entire grow. I use the Mars Hydro TS-2000 series of lights and a DIY eight COB array at 3000°K 80 CRI. The DIY array is used for flowering.

I use a cheapo white led,so I can't comment on the spectrum thing,
but they do look like they're getting way too much water-those leaves shouldn't be curving downward like that.
Try letting them dry out for 4 days or so before you water them again.
(water again when the pots get really light)
Your lights may be fine-the real problem I see is too much water.
