Check trichomes when you get scope/loupe, they will show you when she's ready, its not a set schedule.

Couple is two lol

Don't be in a rush to harvest, patience is key.

Final couple weeks is when they put on weight and ripens trichome development.

Yes true..... roughly when and how long does it take you guys to harvest such as what the minimum to maximum weeks it could take

8min-16 weeks or more lol

Depends on strain , some are quick some take longer, also depends on environment and grow conditions.


Estimates:

Indicas 8-10weeks or longer
Hybrids 9-12weeks or longer
Sativas 10-16weeks or longer.

Checking Trichomes are the best way to tell. Once you do a few harvests you'll know when is best for your strain and garden.

Your looks like it has sativa in it...so idk how long to ripen yours, only you can check and see, once you see all cloudy trichs (perfect) is great time to harvest, clear is too (early) , mostly cloudy with odd amber (ripe)

the old saying " Once you think it's done then give it 1-2 more weeks Then harvest" ( old timer/hippy/cultivator saying)

then you can see if you should have harvested when you thought it was done and not wait the two extra weeks to degrade into cbn.

I prefer to pick when all cloudy if I want amber I just cure it properly and over time I get my amber.

have been curing in amber mason jars - what a difference - been using clear - they say light de-grades thc amber jars are a coast a bit more (buy a few and try it; you'll buy more)

I have never seen colored mason jars here but sounds like a good idea. I put the clear jars in my big coolers, keeps them cool and dark. I burp them twice a day for first couple weeks. I rotate them upside down one night then right way up next night, seems to work well.

you can order them on amazon, wal-mart, ect check this out 'BurpLids.com" never have to burp your jars again !!!! Too expensive for me Going to use all amber- have used clear for many years

Did something different this time : dry-ed/hung plant till buds are somewhat dry (4-6 days, depends on strain Them I put each strain in a tub (plastic) and "sweat" the buds for 7 days (or untill you feel its dry) (once a day open lids and leave uncovered for 1/2 hr then put lid back on) this is a lot easier than doing each jars- Then after yoiu are done sweating it - jar it up for curing , then no need to re-open jars again till use
