Ok thanks and I do not .spray nothing in tent do u think as feeding everyday it's to much nute?

Do you have any caribiners? You could remove the hoist/pulley cable and attach cords from light to caribiners instead....I've done this twice... Gives me roughly 3 inches extra room which is almost perfect to ride out the stretch....but minus those three leaves plants looking great.

Well it's like 3 leafs do I take them off and I have tried tiein biggest one down however hope I not fucked it there is quite about of space wasted by them pullys

Well I had this split will it be ok ffs it's not looking very happy with me opps lol also bent flowers inwards will that be ok also ive decided to leave the other for now as that one hasn't shown any burn as yet and still got abit space to move beg tell me that's not fucked and human die x

As they grow keep tying them into whatever open space there is, and feel free to leave them on if they've got any green. Every little bit helps!

It just did that? Tie more gently in the future!

Untie the branches and zip tie the split. Then retie the branches with a lot less pressure. You just need to curl down the very tops not the woody growth underneath.

And did i bend the flowers right as per ur page thanks and no was prior however got worse when tied it did have zip tie on it which it healed so I took of because was right tight around the stem and regretting it now x

Any ties you use, zip or even electrical tape, will need to be removed and replaced as the plant grows. The other thing you can do it rope the two split branches together to close the wound and wrap it with tape.

Yes was thinkin it would suffercate it so removed it Will cable tie it tomorrow used some masking tape should be ok isn't it x

I'd support the branches above the split since duct tape at the bottom can only do so much. If you have some bamboo or even chopsticks you can prop them under the branches and tape them into place.

If that's an earlier split just worsened a bit by the ties it will be fine. Do support those branches though because like I said, they're only going to be supporting more weight.

And remember, you're not trying to move the thick branches, just the thin flexible ones at the tops.
