Can anyone tell me what caused it and what should I do with it

Sounds like a mutant. Fairly common.
This one had 1, 2, and 3 leafs.

Grow it... that’s obviously a Sativa dominant strain. Mine was a Jack Herer clone. Turned out phenomenal.

What a beauty
Basically I just need to let her grow and don’t mind them leaves?
Search “mutants” on this forum and check some of them out.

I find that it’s perfectly normal for plant to do that. Welp in my experience anyways, once you put a plant into flower, it stops growing leaves and starts growing buds. A few stages from what I’ve read, pre-flower, pretty much the stretch. Flower, I would say is when them 1 leafers start to appear. And late flower. Which is when you harvest. Hope this helps

Does anyone know what might be the case with my plant , since my mutant started to flower it also started to make my bottom leaves turn yellow

kinda freaking me out haha

can you suggest what could be the best one to give so she could recover as soon as possible ?
Definitely hungry.
You’ll need a bloom nutrient now.
1-2-3 ratio.
