Yes just be careful it should only take about 3 hour for it to turn back up at the light. The first time I tried lst I broke the top off my plant it didn't die but slowed it down a bunch

As another has said, start LST now. I start my first "bend" at about 3 weeks of age from germ and as near to the top as possible without causing damage - say, under the 4th node or as soon as I have space to work - with indica dominant, the space between the nodes can be pretty tight, not so much with sativa dominant.
I think you'll be amazed at how quickly the girls respond and shoot out the starts of many more colas.

I would start training the main stem to start growing more diagonally with each new node until it’s pretty much horizontal.
