How do I adjust the dimmers on my TSL 2000

I just got a mars hydro tsl 2000 and I don't know what the dimmers are set on right now and I also want to figure out how to adjust them if I need to. The user manual is confusing. there are two silicone plugs, one on each ballast with a screw inside. the manual mentions that a multimeter should be used to know what adjustments i'm making. Do I even need to adjust them or are they putting out the max 300 watts. I just need some advice on qb's and what i'm working with. thanks. i'll post pictures of what i'm doing in case anyone else needs help.

On the top of the unit, you will see a rubber bump on the driver. you remove that, take a small screwdriver and can adjust it

thank you, do I really need to check the voltage with a multimeter like the manual says or can I just turn it up all the way?

Yeah, I'm pretty sure they come all the way up. But have at her, a voltmeter just tells you how much power exactly your consuming

You can get an inexpensive KillaWatt device that reads wall voltage without messing with a meter. $20ish Amazon.

Please use a 3mm screwdriver, plus a wattmeter, so you can accurately adjust the wattage you want
