My cannabis plant started going limp about 2 days ago, at first it wasn’t that bad, but in 1 day it went really really south, the leaves are almosy completely limp. I suspect that i was overwatering it. Will it come back to normal if i just water less?

I think your light is too close, and you might have drowned it. Cant tell if there is any green left in that red light, but if there is there is still a chance. Let the plant dry out, all the way to the bottom to see if it can recover. Also read my link on how to properly water.
Pop there is still green, I’ll let it dry for a couple of days

Over watered 1000%

ya can tell by the darkness of the growing medium ! & that both under & over watering can cause the same symptoms but under watering the medium is in general a lighter colour with extreme conditions being the medium is dry it has contracted allowing a gap between pot & growing medium.

Basically ya got a serious case of over watering which has caused anaerobic soil conditions or with out air due to presence of to much water... roots need to breath, ya more likely gonna get root rot.

Simple case a little plant like that don't transpire that much moisture quickly due to environmental conditions.
