Mago: Texas style

Mago just put peanut butter on a old fashioned mouse trap and your mouse will leave this world for the next.

Smells like I got 'em !
We got cats but they ain't goin' into the attic :cheesygrinsmiley:

The Sativa harvest is on.
I took the BaggedOne, a week ago and the one UpClose was taken yesterday.
BaggedOne was startin' to die on me and
OneUpClose(PureSativa with Uluru seed crop) had seeds startin' to fall out of it.
Trichs at about 10-20% amber.

I have come to the conclusion that plants with seed crops,
finish sooner than Virgins.
And the drier(read drougt),
it is, the sooner they all finish.

I found an open/spent male flower in my rollin' tray.
BlueBastard virgin, the need to seed is strong in Them, Still.

Smoke testin' the first of the PureSativa this mornin',
waitin' on it to warm up. Got down to 29 Sunday mornin'.
The garden got froze back.
But the Farm just looked a littl' thirsty.
Friggin' blew 20-30 Too.

It's Killer in the bong and this is the early batch.
I'm figurin' all my strains will run 15+% THC.
Some day I'll get samples to a lab and know for Sure.

I have at least one seedling coming up(voluntary like)
every place in the garden, 4 where the Uluru VirginsThatGotLaid were,
I had Darlin's sittin'. And they look to have survived the freeze.

No pics yet, GoodCamera is still MIA.
Gota' go roll one :cheesygrinsmiley:
.............

It's Lovely,
citrus taste to it. Same as it was indoors.
Just a bit more potent :cheesygrinsmiley:

I spoke too soon,
I got a few dozen comin' up voluntary like!
and survived the freeze :cheesygrinsmiley:

Oh and KyChronic#2(BushBabies), 3 sprouts

and 55+ days later:
19Nov_003.jpg

yeah, with the crappy camera.

Latest PureSativa shot:
19Nov_009.jpg

Everything is in(harvested) for the year.
Looks like the feeding every 4 days helped push my production up closer to where it should be. an oz a foot :cheesygrinsmiley:

I don't think I'll try 12/12 from seed Outdoors again.
I got a couple bong hits off each plant.
I sowed 6 seeds, 4 came up and 2 were male.
Only good thang is,
I found a purple pheno of the BushBabies.
Leafs and cola were purple and I didn't notice it till I pulled them up.
Or I would have just re-potted it and re-vegged, at least tried to.
Now I just have to find a male and a female to isolate and breed.

Lot of Purples poppin' out,
MyDarlin' sowed some seed(bag seed)
2 weeks before Halloween(in the garden)
and I pulled a purple male out of them last week.

Hiya's Mago.
Sorry to hear that you wasnt to impressed with 12/12 outside matey,I would love to be able to grow outside but the last time i did that manny manny years ago the bloody rabits kept eating them.Ive even thought about trying a light tunnel "i forget the correct words for it" in my attic, but thats for another time maybee as im getting a bit "obsesed" with all this growing at the moment accourding to the wife :grinjoint:
best regards..creamm :peace:

I'm sure 12/12 from seed is much better in Hydro.

Yeah, the critters got me once or twice and were trying for a third time.
Something has been looking for water right next to the last ones I had out.
Day before I took them I walked out and found what looked like someone was digging them up. I went low and froze.
Sorta looked like I may have interrupted them.
Look around, not a soul.
Then I noticed a spot that had been harvested already had been dug in also.
I'd watered the spot the night before.
All, if not most of the seed fell off the Virgins before harvest,
so I was starting to water the used spots to see what would come up.
Dawned on me, it was an animal looking for water.
And I found some paw prints.
The next night I harvested them
and found the non-super cropped one layin' on the ground.

Wildwood Flower grew down on the farm.:grinjoint: You bring that song to life

I learned that song when I was very young,
before I ever started smoking cannabis.
"And they dug and they burned
And they burned and they dug and they killed
All our cute little weeds and then they drove away
We just smiled and waved sittin' ther on that sack o' seeds"

"Y'all come back now, y'hear!"

Oh I mention, I reside in WildWood, Tx.

I swear it's Fate :cheesygrinsmiley:
:bong:

did you find out what criters where digging to get the water mate?

Nope, I haven't been back out to look in the daylight.
I got lucky there. They could have found them a lot sooner and really screwed me.

Good Bee,
a little chilly.
Everything is in jars for the season.
Got more than enough Trim&Trash for a Killer Batch of butter.
Just in time for Holiday treats :cheesygrinsmiley:
Sprouts/seedlings are inside under 24/0, no rodent problem.
Already pulled the first round of males in the one month old batch
MyDarlin' insisted on planting outside.
I'll dig them up in a week or so,
get them under 24/0, inside.

Damn good thing I went and looked,
found I missed a couple of branches when I cut the MomaSativa down.

Still can't tell.
A cat left a dump on one.
Mom's dog was back there nosing around.
Was a strange hole, one of the reasons I freaked when I saw it.
Smooth like a shovel, no claw marks.
One small print that looked skunk, could have been cat.
We got a Big tom cat that doesn't live at home.

So to close this one out,
I leave y'all with my thought of the day :cheesygrinsmiley:
What is Community Supported Agriculture (CSA)?
At their most fundamental level, CSA farms provide a weekly delivery of sustainably grown produce to consumers during the growing season (approximately June to October). Those consumers, in turn, pay a subscription fee. But CSA consumers don’t so much “buy” food from particular farms as become “members” of those farms. CSA operations provide more than just food; they offer ways for eaters to become involved in the ecological and human community that supports the farm.

CSA sounds pretty awesome man, cant wait to be a part of a Cannabis type program when it becomes legal. Hope the cat/skunk doesnt hurt any other fine ladies you got goin.

Yeah for CSA, and sativa. :ganjamon:
