Mystic Blue First Grow!

Hi everyone,
Thank you for taking the time to have a look. The idea is to do this cheap and sort of stealth only one plant. I've chosen mystic blue as I have heard nothing but good things the smell on the grow and the size is fairly low so sounds good to me! Autoflowering femenised from nirvana seeds.

I am growing in a tent with bio biz I really liked the idea of all organic. My grow is as follows:

300W LED grow light
Bay6 grow tent, fairly small at 75x75x130
5ltr pot of Bio-Biz light
Bio-grow, bloom and top max.

All in all id say I'm up to around £130
This pictures posted are around 1 week in, I started the plants with a 24hour water soak followed by 48hours on wet towel in darkness, it worked fantastic! My light wasn't strog enough at 12W so it grew very leggy. I replanted into the bio biz light and under the 300w and it's very happy now!

These pictures are current. Just started making it's second lot of leaves. Can anyone advise when to start feeding it? I'll be using a 50% diluted bio-bizz feed scedual as research says autoflower don't need a lot. I haven't watered for a good few days yet as it's nice and damp still. I'll keep the pictures and updates coming. Please any advise of what you would change or do would be great. Here's to big buds!

No sooner than the last week of veg... your plants are to young to be able to use nutes, let them get some good roots first... or at least that is my opinion. The manufacturer of the nutes you have probably wants you to use them a lot, but you are going to need to experiment to see that the recommendations that many of us give to use none, 1/4 or 1/2 strength nutes have validity. You are always free to use whatever recommendations are out there and you will find that many conflicting opinions exist in the online world. My suggestion is to find someone who has consistently strong and documented grows, and follow their advice. The guy in the hydro and nute supply store doesn't always know what he is talking about, he just wants your money.

Great advice guys thanks for the heads up early. I think the key with it is patience and let the plant do the talking if and when it needs something it will surely let me know. I grow bonsai as well so I'm hoping when it comes to watering this experience will help me. I will give a weekly update!

Good evening ladies and gents!
A little update on the grow. So today I installed an extra bit to the build, a charcoal filter and extraction. Unfortunetly I can't run this all the time as I sleep next to my tent and electricity forbids it. But when it starts to smell I'm gunna have to seal the tent up and have it going for fresh air to my green friend and a bit of temp control. I'm thinking for 30mins every 2hours I will have to play around with it to see how hot the tent gets etc.

Anyway thought id share an update and a picture :)

Btw the other plants are all chilli's some apache and the others reapers which are loving all the hydro goodness!

Hope all is well!

Ok guys noob question for something I though would be fairly straight forward but possibly not.

I will be watering probably tomorrow at some point so.... I have been reading probably a bit too much and over confused myself.

Ph seems to be a big thing. TEST AND KIT on its way.

But the PPM has confused and scared the crap out of me...... please advise!

Also root juice by biobizz they say start using that in every water from seedling.....

Thanks again guys

Here is an update guys. She is going like a trooper now this is the second week in and she already has a sweet smell when I get close and personal ;).

I have been checking and adjusting ph to 6 and only watering when it gets dry on top.

try watering only when it gets dry on the bottom... and your problem will go away. You are overwatering by watering too often. The roots actually have to dry out between waterings.

just sit on your hands and be patient... one of the hardest things to do in the garden. :)
Haha indeed! I will sit about and wait it will be interesting to see if the already yellow areas come back green. I now have increased ventilation in the tent with a fan and by Friday I will have a inline fan and filter aswell. I think that's the reason the water doesn't seem to be going anywhere. Patience is a virtue! I will update later this week
