So this is my very first grow and it is a budget closet grow op. I have the temp from 73-79° F°. Humidity i try to maintain but is 30-50%. Have not fed any nutes, fox farm ocean forest as medium. 45W LED light that is 29’ away. She’s a a month old.

Have noticed that the tip of the Cotyledon has started to turn light green. Just wanted to know what i should do next to help this pretty lady recover from whatever she is going through and to reduce the rate of future probs. Any advice would be greatly appreciated and helpful. thank to all the og’s for help. Merry Christmas to all and stay medicated ✌.

she is starting to have her first real meal which is the coty leaf. once she has devoured them ( it is their sole purpose ) then you should start your nute regime. usually about 4-5 leaf sets as a guide too. go over to mars hydro ( sponsor here) and have a chat with @SmokeSara about a light for your needs. they offer a good discount for 420 members to.

looks like a good start there though.

If cash is tight you can add some CFL's. Good luck
Or look for something used on ebay. I got some great lights for about 20% of what a new one would cost. I think when you are first starting you can be constrained by cost, but its all paid for after a successful first harvest for someone pretty much just growing for themselves. Good lights are generally rated for a min of 50k hours. I don't know what that equates to in terms of numbers of grows, but it sounds like a lot.
