My 1st time low stress traing and im so nervous. Did I bend them too much, did I bend them to little, did I do it just right, is this how it supposed to be at first after little bit? what do I do and just how do they look overall.

I totally get being cautious as I've snapped a stem or two, but it's suprising how resilient the cannabis plant is to minor physical damage(aka high stress traning). People have had amazing success supporting a break with tape/ string and allowing some time to heal.
