First off last night I got bored and cut cuts. 6 Crippled Rino's, some I doubt, so I took 6, 6 Delhi Friend cuts, 12 Blue City Diesel's
And yes Dutchess, that one's 5 plus weeks into flower.
But,
HA HA,,,,, Somehow my pictures were routed to something I know. Could've been Miss J doing something,,,, or could be the fact that I have to use a cord and USB port over the SD card that has been catching trichomes for months and is stuck in there in the camera??????? But whatever it is,,,,,,,,,,,,, I got a pic. First of the whole nineyards;

BTW,,, info on that stick of Mind Cant'roll is,,, started flowering on 10/14 I'm pretty sure,,, and she was about 9" tall when started flowering. Pretty little plant in my eyes... Keepem Green

To much time on my hands tonight..... Thought I'd pick on another strain I have going in there.... Red Leicester Tease,,,,,, Been a great strain. Looks to be strong enough to support herself thru a major flowering........ To me a good stem can mean a nice sized cola. She's started to pack on some weight. I was going to say something,,,, but she looks good with afew pounds..... I think;;;

I appreciate the defoil/lollypop help wood. I was told the same thing about outdoor and was leary on even pulling the dead leafs this year. When I did and it was still attached to to plant good I said damn when I pulled it off. I like your theory on this. I know an indoor grower who went outdoors this year and he pulled ALL the fan leafs off and I said, "I dont think your supposed to defoil outdoor" Im thinking maybe just keep my mouth shut is best.
Ripeness, I like how you say its an overall appearance plus the amber trics, plumpness, hair colors, all play a factor. Ive got a couple half plants still in the ground and pulled some ripe buds off the other day and not too many amber trics but its done.
I was told dont stress em at all. Indoor or out. But I noticed after the first harvest that plant really purpled 5 days later and I was thinking it was because of the harvest stress but then I had others that dident purple. Ive heard of putting a nail through the bud a week before its picked to stress and mature it. Im not sure about that??? Good idea???
My yard grow was five different strains that all where different. Some even the same seeds seemed different. But as Ive been trimming they all look very similliar trimmed and I thought........ they got the same dad!!! I also have some Blue Dream that turned out killer and I think they were actually back bred.
I only had the time to defoil/lollypop a few yesterday and will do a few more today. Ive been jarring the yard grow and this process is going wonderful. Stages! Production!!! Hang, bag, jar! what fun!!!

Thanks, everyone. I say that everyone, as it saves on typing. But I always answer anything asked. They are looking pretty good in there. Acouple showed alittle calcium problem, but that should be handled by now. You know Dutchess, alot like and do well defoliating. I can't see any reason to outdoors for sure. Everything should be getting max light outside if in any kind of sun. But I can see doing alittle indoors, least to open up the center abit.
Well, fast update. We were getting alittle low on the RSO so we fired off a small batch. I soaked about 2 1/2 oz's of secondary buds in 190 proof ever clear over nite. Shaking the jar on and off and mixed with a spoon. Strained thru a nut milk bag. Great tool for straining butter and oils etc. Cheap too. Then into the rice cooker outback for some boiling;

These rice cookers have a pressure sensitive switch that needs alittle weight to keep it going on high;

When it get way down there, I use it on warm with acouple little burst on high here and there till it just about stops bubbling. Keepe stirring when it's about down. But you should end up here. Now the fun part, transfering it to a container.

You know Veniz, I think Matanuska Valley's Pictures were some of the best photos here. You should go thru their photo thread under members galleries photos. I don't have a clue what happened to them. They fell off the face of the earth. I read they were going off the gird but I guess way off.
