Seeds for mother - Reg - Auto - Fem

I read somewhere picking a fem seed to start a mother might present problems down the road does that sound right?

obviously i couldnt use an auto seed

so to get a mother ill have to sex plants with regular seeds?




also where can i get high quality strains from? im worried of paying for garbage product after months of growing from these seed places on the internet. i cant use anywhere that does not ship to usa. looking for sativa strains or mostly sativa of high quality.
