Seeds of a same strain, different smells

I finished my grow of 2 Northern Light Autos from RQS. The final products smell differently. One belongs to a more vanilla side, the other smells like toasted nuts. Has anybody experienced the same thing?

Varies on how stable the genetics are, but you can end up with 3 different phenotypes of a Strain or 10 different ones ....think of it like kids born to the same parents, some take on traits from one side some take from other and some come out of the blue from something a few generations back.

Definitely what Dwight said. If you grew out 10 seeds of the same strain side by side, maybe only 5 of them would share most of their traits. This includes things like height, growth, terp profile, potency, etc. That’s why it’s important to look at strain parents as well when selected seeds. Some breeders will put in more time breeding a strain so that it shows one specific genotype at a more consistent rate, but that goes into the part of genetics I don’t fully understand lol.
