Without any more info and just the pic I would say they are starving for oxygen and drowning in water. Drainage is a must.

Just flush with plain ph water and feed lighter next time.

İ did rry to use warmer watet bc temps are in the 50's
Back off on the nutrients some until they’re bigger. If you overfeed it will kill them quick.

Your temps in the tent are in the 50s???
Get them above 65° lights out temperature.
They stop drinking and get root rot and a bunch of other problems at those temps.

My husband says he think it burnt hes been growing a minute. He said if it continues to yellow it needs flushed.
If your temps are that low fix that first. Don't go messing around with increasing nutes. She can't process them anyway.

Ok how could i fix this the basement is cold!
Oil filled radiators or space heaters. Seedling mats work as well.
