TBE Tries Quad Strain Grow!

I've dropped 8 new beans for germination on
-Sunday August 11/2019

Strains;
2x Blueberry
2x GelatG
2x Alaskan Purple
2x Super Lemon Haze

Indoor
Soil (promix, perlite)
Led (diy light build)
Fabric 7ga pots

First month will be under a Mars hydro blurple light in tent until the pinewarp are done in the custom closet /light.

These will be my 4th grow so I plan to try some lst this time around and try for a nice even canopy with minimal lower "popcorn" action.

Not much to show right now so I'll throw up a few pictures of the current flowering pinewarp, one of which I let be pollinated by a male, which I also collected pollen to store for later use.

Hey Shed! Nice to see you, we are all doing well. Thanks for asking!

I've just been plugging away, haven't stopped growing yet, just not fully documentating everything mainly the pinewarp as it's not as popular it seems.
They have been an interesting grow so far being an outdoor sativa strain!

As of now the pollen is in a dark corner of a drawer that never gets opened. May move to the freezer yet though.

Made another batch of hash from the same material as the first batch, got the same amount this time around.... To think I almost threw it out!

Left 3 pieces are the first batch,
Right five are from this week.

Hash looks great! Post some pics of the outdoor sativa...always nice to see plants in the sun .

I think the freezer is the best place for the pollen. Throw some uncooked white rice in to absorb the moisture though, it's water that deactivates pollen.

Unfortunately they are indoors, I can't do them outdoors up here. I could try but this summer has been just awful. Thunderstorms almost every day up here, lots and lots of rain.

But those are the plants in the first post pics.

Guess I could document the pinewarp plants (pineberry x timewarp) a bit here while waiting for the babies to get it in gear.

Plant #1 = my favorite pheno of the 4, as it contains more of the timewarp strain i desire.

Plant #2 = very piney aroma (as expected)

Plant #3 = same as plant 2

Plant #4 = the pollinated female, otherwise much the same as 2+3.

The lower branches on all 4 were inadvertently pollinated by my friend who watered for me while i was away, but happy accident I say as i def want seeds from plant one!
They are all growing well and happily, the flower stretch was crazy with these ladies.

I popped 6 pinewarp seeds. Got 2 males and 4 females. I grew out the males for their pollen!

Lookin good earl. How do you treat that promix stuff? Are you giving it a wet dry cycle like soil or feeding every day like hydro? Just for my own knowledge.

2x super lemon haze are being very stubborn, both have cracked but tap root had yet to emerge out of hull.
I kind of want to get in there and help spread shell open lol

They've been in the water /paper towel a full week now. They think their going to out stubborn me?! Not a chance

I just finished a soil flush on the 4x pinewarps, dumped about 3 gallons thru each. I just used Ph'd water without any added nutes.
I just plan to feed at the next watering, not sure what the consensus is on that?

Moved in to their forever homes. Going with 3 gallon pots for this round.

Still can't get any more movement out of the 2 super lemon haze seeds. Threw em back in a cup of water, now they can think about what they've done.. Buggers.

I'm going to have so many seeds from this current Pinewarp strain, already got a handful. Also a few from pheno #1,
Man, the smell of her brings me back a good 20+ years, im so excited. Lol

My canopy is such a mess, thats my next area of work in upcoming grows. Having nice, clean, tidy, uniform plants.
May be hard with various strains at the same time but i can still work on that.

Came home to find 3 babies struggling, bent right over onto the soil. I put the rock wool cubes right into the dirt last night and gave what i felt an appropriate amount of water. Thought i may be over watering. So just now i removed a cube from the dirt and it was bone dry! Wtf. Soil sucked it dry?

Regardless, I gave them all about another 250ml of water each

I’m really digging the trays you made for them to sit on. Something I need to do soon.

That’s funny you mentioned how much rain you’ve been getting. Here in Alberta, we’ve had close to a record breaking year for rainy days in the summer, “summer” (finger quotes).

Always good to be brought back twenty years. I’d be 10, twenty years ago lol. Thinking back twenty years ago, all that got me was remembering my hot wheels and playing in dirt haha.. at that age I was actually probably skateboarding.
