Check your cups, are they heavy or light? Do the cups have plenty of drainage holes. That's the most basic way to tell if you are giving them the right amount. Touch your medium how dry is it? Does it stay wet or does the top layer dry out.

Ive just been spraying them everyday. No RO cuz ive been spooked thru the seedlng stage. LOL. Top soil does dry out pretty quick though.

Dont spray everyday, water heavier but less frequent, judge by weight. I would say you can water to runoff in sippy cup and let it get nice and dry before watering again.

Edit: must be overwatered if youre spraying everyday

The difference I look for is over watered usually curls in. Like a claw almost where as under watering they just look limp.

just because he sprays everyday doesn’t tell us the Volume. I could water with a thimble everyday but my plants would be under watered.

as others have said you will want to feed them completely. Pick up the cup to get a reference on the weight and not water again until it’s dry.

Up pot asap, I just start mine in a five gallon pot of happy frog that I thoroughly water a day or so before I drop the germed seeds in the dirt
