Unknown leaf issues - Help please

I would use some mild organic insecticidal soap but if you could at least take off the infected leaves as soon as they show any signs of damage and spray them down good with water a couple of times. I know you have an organic grow but you could move the plants out for a couple of hours and clean the floor with water and just a couple drops of bleach or dove dish detergent and that will help cut down any infestations (pretty much works on all kinds of bugs and fungus). Just trying to help, but I wouldn't stress over a little spot I can barely see in your photo. Your little seedlings look pretty good, give them some time as trying too hard too soon to "fix" something that might not be broken is a growers worst enemy. Keep us posted.
