I'm growing Skywalker OG in a 10 gallon cloth pot filled with organic living soil under a Mars Hydro TSW3000 in a 3x3 tent.

She's 15 weeks past germination and exactly 33 days in flower with the pistils just beginning to brown. Terps are very loud at this point.

This strain loves to grow tall, so topping, fimming and bending are a must for indoor control.

Good luck with the grow and I hope it's the largest, dankest ever.

Got the seeds from I Love GM. This is my 5th grow. I used to grow in Peat/Vermiculite with GH's Flora Series nutes. But I'm truly lazy so now I use Coast of Maine's Stonington Platinum Grower's Mix along with their dry and liquid amendments and I follow their feeding schedule. Started in 3 gal pots tried 5's and 7's and now a 10.

Making stock and feeding solution!

I start by adding 1ml of Drip Clean to ~3gallons of water

Then I add 36 grams of Part B 5-12-26 to the bowl and whisk with boiling water. It only takes a couple of seconds to dissolve.

Then I add 12 grams of Epsom and do the same procedure.

The I add 24 grams of Calcium Nitrate 15-0-0

Final stock solution with a dash of Drip Clean, Part B, Epsom and Calcium Nitrate. Last thing I add is 1ppm of residual chlorine from bleach (sodium hypochlorite).

Then I make a nutrient solution with potassium silicate and a dash of Calimagic up to 150ppm / 0.3 EC. I try to lower potassium silicate as low as possible in late flower cause I don't want high K in late flower, I mostly use it for the pH stability. Then I mix 2 grams of Humic/Kelp 5:2 mix in the blender and add it to the nutrient solution. I add 1ppm chlorine to everything I mix.

I currently run 500ppm / 1.0 EC @ pH 6.0. High frequency and low EC is the way to go with coir or any hydro method really. The more often you can feed and replenish the medium the better your results are going to be.

Last feeding for the whole cycle. Every cycle the pump runs 1 minutes.

Did some minor defoiling today. Just removes some of the larger leaves on the top blocking airflow the most. Sugar is starting to form.

500ppm / 1.0 EC in, 950ppm / 1.9 EC out.

pH 6.0 in, pH 6.25 out.

Been away on a contract job for one and half day. Came back to this mess:

Well that didn't go according to plan! Lol! The pump finally broke on me, replaced with a new one. Did the pressure sprayer treatment with spraying the top layer througly for 10 minutes to resaturate it gonna take a couple of waterings for the medium to be fully saturated and back to normal.

Four hours after at lights on. She will be fine! Just some forced defoliating! Lol!

She's been eating much of what nutrients that was still in the medium. First runoff reading:

500ppm / 1.0 EC in, 900ppm / 1.8 EC out.

pH 6.0 in, pH 6.3 out.

I had it at the back of my mind and was rushing back home. Luckily I've fucked up more plants and grows to care at this point. You can always put new seeds in the ground and Kali Mist will last me a good while. I need an Indica dom in the rotation and I ordered Seriotica from Serious Seeds. Cross between Mimosa and Cookies, I picked Warlock as a freebie!

I didn't panic since I could still feel moisture in the air opening the front door, that means they're still alive and transpiring. I seem to have gotten back in about the right time since I see no burnt hairs from nute burn from going almost bone dry. They must have eaten what they could and then gone dry. It's so easy burning hairs and stress the plant out with having dry backs in coir/soilless that repeatedly spike EC in the medium.

Interesting design, can't wait to see it in action! I haven't grown Warlock but wanted to know what all the fuzz is about. I've grown SuperSkunk many times and that was killer back in the day, it's basically the same cross. Skunk#1 x Afghani.

I definitely haven't grown any so intrigued to know how yours turns out. Yep that's it one of many that was favoured in the UK.. anything cheesy skunky ruled!

Funny they still sell the exact same pump I got with my drip system years ago.

Damage done, defoiling. Using the vacuum later today to suck them off.

Plant seem happy! I need to fix and install the second net today. They already started to sag from the weight on some of the larger tops.

Runoff came out really low today but that is to be expected. Upped feeding to 800ppm / 1.6 EC til the medium settles again.

Taking another pH reading in 3 hours.

You must have posted when I started writing my own post! I think some of it has to do with tolerance and and state of being change, not necessarily a bad thing. But I can relate since the best stuff I still believe is the oldschool stuff. I take a well grown Northern Lights over most of modern crosses. They all lack that lively changing high with heavy hit and buildup of the effects in the background.

Most new stuff feels the same to me. It's potent but lack that more lively effect. She seems to just keep on going, didn't skip a beat. Need to do some minor cleanup and install the other net later today.

100% agree with you bro.. I wouldn't have expected you to run a pump like that for so long I picture u as a guy who would have heat shrink tubing to hand lol unless the plug was moulded.

I do but I'm also a lazy stoner! Lol! I'm fixing the old one! Nothing get thrown away in my house without fixing! I work with electronics and have access to every single equipment for troubleshooting and fixing circuit boards and cables.

I found the actual culprit for the pump failure. The pump still works, it was the timer that actually broke on me. Maybe I have to build my own from Arduino after all or maybe I mod the broken one of I don't have to send it back for warranty.
It's been in the back of my mind for a long time and I have most of the components needed already.
