Sorry so if you keep tieing the plant down it will make the veg cycle take a little longer while you wait for the net to fill up more from tieing down so you can flower.

I don't know much about them fancy light numbers but they will tell you if it is too much, just keep their environment nice and they should enjoy the added light I think. 
Just the heat mate , had to get that cool tube on that one light , was thinking of getting another cool tube though maybeYou said you had 2 why not fire both up and see if you can handle the extra heat/power cost

gotta love traditional bulb style lighting. I went straight to led but it was not the cheap option
I am not certain as I have not tried but would imagine it would make some of your tent with thicker nicer nugs then the other side but it is still more light and that is good
