What could cause this?

I have this one plant out of 10 that I'm growing that looks like crap, leaves all shriveled and discolored. All of them are the same strain and growing technique, but only one is like this. What could it be, maybe genetics.....

It looks overwatered.
Do you have proper drainage in that bucket?
What is your process?
Can you give some details on conditions?
What's in the pots?

Do you have a good drying period after feeding?
Buckets have lots of drainage holes?

Try moving it about in room see if it helps or what

What I'm trying to say is feed less often and let the root zone dry a bit before you feed again. :Namaste:

I tested the ph of the soil and it was higher than the rest for some reason, 7.0, so I corrected that. The rest are 6.2-6.5. Yes I let them dry out good before watering again, I use a gauge for the soil moisture, and I'm running all Fox Farms nutes, Grow Big currently and soil, Happy Frog with added perlite. And yes I poke extra holes in the buckets for additional drainage and air flow to the roots. They are Black Cream Auto at 2.5 weeks. 24 hrs light although I may go down to 20 or 22.

With a big bucket and a small plant watering correctly will be vital.
Getting air in the root zone is difficult at this stage.
Those are good nutrients & soil.
I like extra perlite aswell.

Soil moisture gauges are notoriously inaccurate. It's best to check the weight/feel of your pot wet and dry so you can judge. Glad you caught the high soil pH, minor things cause big issues at times. I personally prefer soft containers fabric, etc. let's the roots breath!

My first impression is a virus or viroid. Splotchy chlorosis (yellowing) and leaf distortion. Possibly Hop Latent Viroid (HLVd), which is spread by leaf hoppers and is a VERY serious problem for cannabis growers in some areas. If it was my grow, I would chop and destroy. The article I linked above says viroids are very difficult to destroy. I'd say bury the soil somewhere, along with the plant (whole plant including roots). Or better, burn the plant in a fire. You *might* be able to sterilize the pot with the right concentration of bleach. HLVd is very infectious.
