What could this be? Nutrient deficiency, pests, light, anything?

Hello, new grower here, and i've realized there are some white dots on a SFV OG strain that is currently in week 6 of veg. What could these be a sign of? whether bugs, deficiency, or maybe the after affects of a mildew preventive that i sprayed it with? i've had mildew for a while but i spray it about once a week whenever i see a sign of it. Could someone tell me what this could be and what i could do to cure it? Any help would be appreciated, thank you. I look forward to your replies as i will reply back. Thanks again!

Thank you hopefully I'll get some help, I think it's a Calcium deficiency on the OG but just a different form of genetic to show signs of it.
