What may be the cause of this?

Roots are white/cream color. Ph is always between 5.8-6.0. I check it twice a day. Once in the morning when I fill my res with 5 gallons of ph water and before lights out. The ph is usually 5.8. I wil try to get a pic of the roots but they look fine to me. Nothing brown or smelly.

Try running a low dose of nutes for awhile.

Hey try misting it with phed water at 6.4

If it is a nutrient problem that may help the leaves recover while also flushing out excess nutes in the leaves.

I will try that. I'll assume I have to do it during lights out. But shouldn't I worry about molding if so? Since I'm so close to harvesting.
