It’s literally a dot like almost spidermite size man that’s a 100x zoom lol that leaf is only size of a cent

That’s what I though but there fatter and more lazy legged this seems coordinated and thriplike but fatter than a thrip and smaller lol

I'd guess crickets

Edit: I didn't catch the reference to the zoom used. Crickets would be much larger, even the babies. They're not thrips, nor mites. Don't know.

It looks too small and no feelers on it

Looks like possibly a leafhopper nymph (juvenile). Possibly Rose or Apple leafhopper.

Did they cause much damage? Any white specks on the tops of the leaves?

I see a leafhopper now and then in my outdoor grow, but no damage to speak of. But actually right now in my veg house I've seen a lot of white specks – perhaps caused by leafhoppers.
