What's the problem with this?

I upgraded to 12/12 and added co2(1200ppm) to the cabinet on my 5th day today. my light is mars hydro 6500 dimmer 70%. I increased the temperature to 29-30 degrees. I have 7 plants in the tent, only 1 of them is like this, can you help me? Ec:1.3 ph:6.5 container: 20 liters of air .palagron light mix soil

30°C is pretty high. Cannabis will grow, well, at the temperature but a big issue is not just temperature but temperature + RH ==> VPD. If your VPD is high and/or RH low, your grow will have to have to transpire a lot of water to maintain temperature. What's your VPD and water consumption like?

Nice that you're running CO2 - I'm in a 2' x 4' in a garage so I'm limited to ambient CO2. :-(

How about light levels? Bugbee recommends 1200 PPM for CO2 and 1200µmols. A nice light like that deserves a light meter. I've used a Uni-T and just learned that they're only $25 now. Money well spent.
