When to add light to the mix

hi everyone i have recently had a few of my seeds sprout form my rock wool cubes the leaves are not developed and are still closed but they have broken through the surface. when should i throw them under the light?

Thanks germinator always a good help & i have 100w led light full spectrum. how far should the light be? and what should humidity and temp be at

Start your light at least a foot away for a few days. I say that cause I am not sure which light you have. Put your hand above your plant to see if it's hot. I've used 100 watt led bulbs and had them 2-3 inches away.
