When to defo my plants ?

Hi peps today I spotted on 3 plants pistils 4th one still didn't show is she a female, anyway when is the best time to defo plants and cut bottom popcorn ? I read somewhere at second week since showing pistils correct ?

Beautiful girls my friend.
I trim out underneath before I flip to flower, then a clean up again underneath when she finishes stretching. Then I leave her alone. Anything growing above stays regardless. Let her be after that.

I thought that ^^ cut only leavs what covering buds and cut popcorn what not getting any light correct ? I wonder if that will delay somehow my plants I want cut them as fast possible
