Which bud sites to prune in SCROG

First time that I am doing SCROG, and I'm trying to determine which bud sites I should pull off.

Let's say there is a prime bud site at the top of a branch that is getting great light, leave that obliviously.
But, should I leave the bud sites underneath the prime one. I was thinking to leave it if it's right at the screen or above it. If it is below the screen then pull it.

What is the general rule y'all go with?

When i prune when im scrogging i take of everything below the screen that wont get no light at all.
