Caneye's Perpetual Hempys - Modular Scrogs - Multi-Plant Single Pot Sog & More!

Happy 4twenny my grow journal homie!

I love Green Crack. It's my fav strain. I know it's not the most potent or tastiest strain but it hits my brain and body in just the right spots. I never met a true Green Crack I didn't smoke like crack.

Today the all the girls except the GC clones received their normal feeding.14gs maxibloom 1/2 tsp armor si in 2gal tap. ppm 1035 ec 2.1 ph 6.0.
Green Crack clones received about 4 cups of the left over flower feed with 1/8 tsp of molasses and watered down to 430 ppms with RO water. Lol THIS will be their last true feeding with any nutes.
They appear to be getting thicker and more trich development since last molasses feed last sunday. Shooting the last puffs of new pistils at a last ditch effort to survive and procreate.
They will receive a full gal (for all three clones)tap H2O ph'd to 6.0 tommorrow. I will consider this their "flush".
Fri & Sat they will "drink" RO only.Sunday they get zilch, zero, nadda, neit! Monday, they come down.:cheesygrinsmiley: Gotta snap a few pics hey it's 420:party::allgood::):ganjamon::woohoo:

 Lifted!!! Hey Grow Bro! Man this Green Crack is one of the loudest strains I've grown. Open the jar, and the whole area reeks.Skunk genetics are shining thru in this pheno HSO seed. The high is potent also. About an hour to an hour inna half euphoric journey. I'm taking these clones about 4-5 days earlier than last run to see if I can increase the racy effecy. Sheeeeeiiiiit can't wait!

Showcasing this pic update is Green Crack. She is at wk 7 day 51 of flower. I tried taking some trich shots with my loupe and camera. Eh...:hmmmm::hmmmm: let's just say I tried! :cheesygrinsmiley: upon inspection, appears to be 3-5% amber 40-45% clear and the rest milky. I'm gonna inspect everyday. She may not make it until monday!

GC- coco only left, perlite only middle, coco/perlite right.

I can't seem to take the micro shot I'm after. Kinda hard to hold the loupe steady and the camera steady, frame the pic, hold focus THEN snap the shot! You guys have some elite photography skillz!!! Hoz, I like your macro shots. Any suggestions? I'm using an old nikon coolpix.

I cheat! I have a USB microscope plugged into my lap-top. I pick a small bud and set it up on a table. I tried the hand-held thing myself. It didn't work for me either!

Thursday 4/21 the GC clones received their final dose of molasses at 1/8tsp In 1gal of tap water. 5.9 ph 315 ppms.
Friday 4/22 the GC clones received 1/2gal tap 1/2gal RO water 6.0 ph 140 ppms
Saturday 4/23 the GC clones received 1gal ro/dehumidifier water ph 5.8 43 ppms
Sunday 4/24 the GC clones received 1gal RO(store) unph'd 11 ppms(read on meter).

The last of the trichless fan leaves will be removed today a few hours before lights out. They won't get 24 hours of darkness this time as I was unable to catch them before lights on.

A few observations.
1. Bigger dominant kolas as well as secondaries. Attributed to no medium mishap as well as finding the sweet spot in terms of canopy to light source. (Appropriate ppfd range):cheesygrinsmiley:
2. Better bud structure overall. No gaps. Spaces filled in nicely.(aside from the defol'd main kolas on the coco/only and coco/perlite clones). I think, had I left the larger fans attached as I did the perlite only, they would've filled in such as the perlite only did. Although, the perlite only clones' nodal spacing was predisposed to be a apical kola it was the actual top.
3. More trichs!!!:cheer::party: could be a combination of things so I won't speculate there. They are definitely more frosty than their seed mom which was/is(still have some):cheesygrinsmiley: no slouch in that department.

Today was also just water day for the flower tent. They received 5ml armor si 5ml cal-mag+ in 2 gal tap water. 5.9 ph 264 ppms .5 ec.
The deficiency on the PE clones started to get to me. I've never encountered the issue before. So I did a little investigating in my notebook.
I noticed when I was running her previously as a mono crop, I kept the ph pretty much stable at 5.8-5.9 never going above 6.0.
Also rarely hitting 6.0. Being I switched over to maxibloom mid flower a couple months back, I attributed the first sign of it I saw on the PE 9-n-1 to an adjustment phase to the new nutes. Never concerned myself with it on that plant. I payed for it in yield. Well, being that the PE 2ltr clones have started and are now showing progressive signs of the same issue,I did a ph flush run. Cleansed the media out by flushing it with 5.8 ph'd water. They were given this treatment two days straight along withthe PE modscrog that was starting to show signs. We'll see.:hmmmm: Wil possibly take a few pics or just wait until tomorrow's update.

CanEyeBus! Sorry to hear about your shitty weather! It was good of you to help your neighbors. I do the same and we are a tight bunch of older folks here. I don't think they have any idea that there is a grow in the neighborhood:cheesygrinsmiley::shhh: Looking forward to seeing if you were right about your harvest. :cheesygrinsmiley:

Yo Hoz, The PE 9-n-1 yeilded 45.3 grams. 18 grams shy of my goal. user error tho. had a deficiency/bad ph I ignored, as well as them being under-lit and possibly over vegged. All good tho. Lol it's all mine :cheesygrinsmiley:

Update/Chop Day
4/25/16- Monday

Hello Folks, a few things.

4/21- finally up-potted the overgrown BDxBB clone into a larger container.(22 quart square planter). I procrastinated and didn't put the screen on her until 3 maybe 4 days later.

4/25 chop day for the 3 GC medium experiment clones. Left the lower cs sprayed branches on the coco only clone to further mature more pods. The GC 6-n-1 has 2 runts in the pot. The tallest runt will be pollinated.:cheesygrinsmiley:

Initially, I placed the GC modscrog#1 into the flower tent as the next newbie in. Still unsatisfied with the # of sites on the screen, I replaced her with the GC modscrog jr.(the mini).

Also took some pics for the flower update. Kinda half assed this time around as I was running out of daylight for the girls.

Some veg shots.
BDxBB in 1.5 gal pot over grown and almost rootbound. I probably had 10 days before she started screaming for foot relief.

After- I already put her back in the tent. I thought I took a pic of her before I put her back in. Guess not.:hmmmm:
