Trying to grow Golden Teachers. They seem to be discoloring. I did spray some water in the bag for moisture. Did I screw up

That could be bruising from water droplets impacting, or it could be contam (I doubt it, but keep an eye on it, if it spreads quickly, or mushrooms die, then that could be culprit), if it's just bruises, the mushrooms should continue growing and from teh looks of it, begin opening and sporolating soon. At this stage of your grow, you'll be wanting plenty of oxygen, so plenty of air exchange, and a way to dispel excess humidity. Do a sniff test, too. Does it smell earthy, mushroomy? If so, good. Does it smell terrible and revolting? If so, not good.

They smell perfect. Nice and earthy and mushroomie .They seem to be growing really quickly too. They were literally spotless until the day after I spritzed inside the bag. It almost appeared instantly the next day. I wont be doing that anymore.
If they have been continuing to grow, they ought be fine.
Can you provide more info, @tallboy2023 like variety, substrate, method (monotub, all-in-one, etc), temperature, humidity, sprayer type (needs to be FINE mister), free air exchange & filtration, water in the sprayer (tap, distilled), lighting and light timing?

It was literally just an all in one grow bag from mushroom supplies.com. I injected, golden teacher spores. I kept it in a closet at 75° while it turned white. Then I broke it up and cut the two corners and just let it sit out in indirect light. That's it.
If you don't have the bag in a fruiting chamber at 85-90% relative humidity, I'd guess the appearance is caused by too-low humidity.

I do. I just put the layer of coco over the top and dialed in the humidifier and the fan. I'll let you know what happens. That previous batch is killer
