I think harvest time depends on the strain and what you want out of the bud.
Take it sooner with some clear heads, mostly cloudy, and very few to no ambers; and you will get a zingy, speedy buzz. Leave it a bit longer for a lot of amber trics, maybe more than cloudy trics, and you will get a stonier, heavier buzz. That's how I see it!
Your plant looks like it has all clear trics right now. I would wait until at least half are cloudy and half are clear before even thinking about harvesting. After a second look, they might be cloudier than I thought...
They definitely look cloudy.
Best judgment is if you want that upbeat, euphoric high, go with 5% amber trichs, with most of them clouded out, and almost no clear.
If you want a slump stone, that puts you in the couch, wait until 30-40% of your trichs have ambered out.
