Fudo's Spring Organic Sativa Grow

Looking much improved! Are you trying to measure the RH of the air or the soil? I ask because the sensor is on the back of those meters and they're practically laying on the soil.
Never thought about the soil but I have had them in there sitting upright and haven’t noticed a difference. I don’t record the readings. I’ll do a little experiment and let you know.

I just try to keep the H from getting too low. Like if it’s not a water day, I’ll spray everything but the plants lol.

Good idea! But it might be 84% at the very top of the soil and 60% at the leaves. Where's the fancy weather station?
Funny you should ask because I just sent one back. The old one broke and the new one I bought won’t take the outside reading. Junk.

@InTheShed , almost like you’ve done this before.

They’re starting to take more water. They were pretty dry again this morning and the water ran right through them. I’m always iffy on how much to give them at this stage…

The girls are growing just fine. The MP’s are working on their 5th node but still kinda droopy. Sativa thing? Environment seems right. Idk.

Hi Fudo! Congrats on what looks to be a fantastic grow!! Lovely strain choices my friend! Just blowing through your journal to catch up. In reference to your last question about the girls, is that the humidity in there 81%? Seems high but I could be wrong. Maybe they are ready to go into their big girl pots and will take off from there?

Hey Krissi! Yeah that’s 81% at the soil after I water. It’s closer to 60% at the canopy. It goes down as they dry. And yes I agree with you, they’re getting up potted first thing in the morning. Nice to hear from you!

Aaaah I was wondering, never seen a hygrometer on top of the soil like that, now I know!!! Excited to see the rest of this grow!! Nice to chat with you, been a while!

Did an emergency transplant. We headed up north for the holiday and I feel they needed something to hold a little more water while I’m gone. I thought about just dousing the cups real good but we couldn’t decide if we’re staying till Monday or Tuesday night. I would have liked to have kept them a couple more days in the cups but really just undecided so…

Happy Memorial Day!
:blunt:

The good news is they survived my absence the bad news is they have a calcium, magnesium and or nitrogen deficiency already. Gave them some cal-mag and Recharge.
Pretty sure they just need cal-mag as usual. The tomato plants are in the same soil and look great. We had a visitor this morning…
Droopy is still droopy but working on her 5th node like the rest of them.
My strange girls new growth isn’t so strange, looks like she’s straightening herself out.

I turned the lights up to 32000lux*.019=608umols.

And still need to get a reliable weather station. One of these hygrometers will be hanging from the lights again soon. Works well enough like that I guess
